It all started with a love for the horse.
I’m a horse-obsessed kid who grew up and - shocker - became more horse obsessed.
Growing up riding hunters and jumpers, I spent some time in Kentucky working with Thoroughbred racehorses before I hopped over into the rodeo world and came back to north Texas where CopperDog Media is now based out of. From there, I worked full-time in reining followed by cutting horses learning the top levels of their sports. I now have a cow horse in training, soooo basically, if you have a horse, I likely have photographed, worked in or competed in your sport!
I’ve been incredibly blessed to call horses both my passion and my career for the last decade. I’ve loved taking photos for quite a while - I got my first camera when I was a sophomore in high school and fell in love with photography. I would have never dreamed that my photos would have been featured on the cover of magazines or that my artwork would be hanging in world class hotels, but the good Lord is so, so good, and we are building out this dream one day at a time!
When I’m not behind the camera or at the barn, I can be found paddle boarding, trying to fly fish or reading a good book - helloooo bat boys, IYKYK.
In all seriousness, for me, it all started with the love of the horse. With CopperDog Media, I set out to capture the love you and your horses share so you can preserve those memories for a lifetime. Those truly special horses don’t come along often, and those bonds are worth capturing.
Let’s work together! I promise to bring some laughs and a corny joke or two! 🖤
